On the first day (10.00-4.00) we will work on site, making drawings and studies directly from observation. We will be working on cartridge paper or sketch pad, with inks, charcoal and pencils if you have them, but I will bring boards, paper, inks and charcoal. Bring a drink, camping stool, sun-hat ect! At around mid day we will return to the studio for a quick lunch and then get started on sorting through your drawings, finding compositions and making a start on paintings.
On the second day (10.00-4.00) we will be in the studio where you will be able to resolve your paintings.
These courses are suitable for all levels as well as young painters who are aged 14+.
The cost is £96 (£86 if you have attended either the Tuesday or Sunday Painting Courses for the Summer Term) This includes all materials for the drawing on Monday but not materials for Tuesday studio painting.
